David Thrower

David Thrower serves as the Managing Shareholder of Dietze and Davis, P.C. and also serves as the presiding judge of the Town of Superior Municipal Court.  He is a Colorado native who received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colorado College in 1991, where he majored in History/Political Science and was a member of the Dean’s List.  David received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska in 1994, where he placed first in a National Law Student Legal Writing Competition.  He has practiced in Boulder since 1995, and has been at Dietze and Davis, P.C. since 2001.  His areas of practice include transactions, entity formation, general business matters, estate planning, local government law, municipal prosecution, and landlord/tenant matters.  He also assists clients with maintaining and maximizing their businesses and assets through real estate transactions, sales of businesses and by assisting with lease issues, including Forcible Entry and Detainer. David represents a broad spectrum of clients, including entrepreneurs, large companies and municipalities.
