DANIEL RUBIN
Daniel grew up in Washington D.C. and graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Economics. After college, he worked as a solar electrician on residential and commercial projects along the Front Range before attending law school at the University of Denver.
At DU, Daniel served as an editor of the Transportation Law Journal, competed on the National Environmental Moot Court Competition Team, led the Tribal Wills Project, a pro bono legal service trip to the Tohono O’odham Nation, and worked within the school’s Environmental Law Clinic representing environmental organizations in litigation related to both air and water quality issues.
Alongside law school, Daniel held a position as an investigator with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, gaining familiarity with state administrative regulation and procedure. He also interned for the Hon. Judge Ross Buchanan while on a civil rotation in Denver District Court, Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District. After graduating, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Judge Eric M. Johnson, a trial judge in Denver District Court, overseeing a criminal case docket.
Daniel joined Dietze and Davis in 2023, and when he is not working, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and tending to his community garden plot.
