Josh Anderson
A Colorado native, Josh Anderson attended the University of Colorado Leeds School Of Business, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Finance prior to receiving his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law. Following law school, Josh clerked for the Honorable Lael E. Montgomery of the 20th Judicial District, Boulder County District Court. During this clerkship, Josh obtained valuable experience in all areas of family law. Josh joined Dietze and Davis, P.C. as an Associate in 2008, became a Shareholder in 2017, and is now the Managing Shareholder.
Josh’s practice focuses on representing clients in Domestic Relations/Family Law matters, including but not limited to, the following: dissolution of marriage (divorce), legal separation, annulment, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time disputes, child custody, visitation, child support, maintenance/alimony, domestic violence, protective orders, and child relocation and removal.
Josh represents his clients in all phases of litigation and other proceedings from the initial filing through mediation, negotiation and trial.
Josh continues to be actively involved in the legal community through his participation in local bar programs. He was a Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Boulder County Bar Association in 2013 - 2015, and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Section. In 2014, Josh was named the “Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year” by the Boulder County Bar Association.
In his free time, Josh enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children.
