Attorneys Gabriella Stockmayer & K.C. Cunilio Present Natural Resources Virtual CLE: "Electric Vehicles: Speeding Up in Colorado"

On May 21, 2020, Dietze and Davis shareholder Gabriella Stockmayer & associate K.C. Cunilio gave a joint virtual CLE presentation to the Boulder County Bar Association’s Natural Resources / Environmental Law Section entitled "Electric Vehicles: Speeding up in Colorado."

The lunchtime presentation, which took place via Zoom, provided Boulder Bar members with an overview of 2019 and 2020 legislation and regulatory action focused on the growth of electric vehicles (EV) in Colorado, as well as an in-depth picture into how EVs are beginning to fit into Colorado's public utility landscape. Gabriella and K.C., along with Dietze and Davis shareholder Mark Detsky, regularly practice before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission in cases involving electric, gas, and water utilities.

In addition, Gabriella, K.C., and Mark recently published an article on EV developments in the February edition of the Colorado Lawyer, titled, “Electric Vehicles: Plugging into Colorado Regulation.”
