EOC is an organization that promotes policies and programs to assist income qualified Coloradans meet their energy needs. EOC announced that it was selected to receive an Inclusive Solar Outreach award from the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) in recognition of an effective communications campaign that reached underrepresented audiences about solar energy adoption.
